Mr. Anokwuru is a demonstrated management & engineering business executive with over a decade of management experience in Government Contracting, Construction Management, Energy & Utility, Insurance & Risk Management, Manufacturing, Entrepreneurial start-ups etc. McHughes oversaw the Environmental Department of New York City Mayor’s Office and managed the program overall budget of more than $20M. He oversaw more than 10,000 construction surveys and assessments that was utilized for the design and construction of over 6,000 residential properties in NYC.
Mr. Carrier is an accomplished Engineer with more than thirty years Project Management experience with proven ability in the design/build market, remediation, heavy construction, soil stabilization and solidification, building construction and building renovations, landfill cell construction, pond closures, soil stabilization sludge solidification, dewatering, wastewater treatment, decontamination, demolition, excavation, transportation, and disposal. He continues to demonstrate superior competence in capital project management, cost estimating, and contract negotiations. Some recent notable CDBG projects include New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) CDBG-DR program, Hurricane Sandy Response, New York City NY, Shaw Group, with total project value exceeding $1 Billion.
Mr. Enrique Peralta is an Industrial Engineer with a MSc in Environmental Health & Safety Management from RIT. An experienced Construction Safety Manager and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST), with managerial, technical and leadership experience in heavy civil / commercial building development and construction. Mr. Enrique has held leadership roles in fortune 500 companies including SKANSKA USA and Rudolph and Slatten Inc. His experience spans managing all EHS functions on capital projects, including Industrial Hygiene programs, environmental and regulatory compliance. Mr. Enrique has exceeded project safety performance expectations on many projects including Apple Campus 2 Project ($ 2.5B) and United Nations Capital Master Plan ($2.2B).
